These terms are the agreement between you and us about playing FlyFort. By installing or playing the game you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not play.
1. Who you are agreeing with
FlyFort is operated by Yoav Rubin ("we", "us"). Contact: support@finplay.me.
Apple and Google distribute the game but are not party to this agreement and are not responsible for the game. Their own store terms apply to you as well.
2. Who may play
You must be at least 13 years old, or older where your country sets a higher age for online services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only play with the permission of a parent or guardian, who is also agreeing to these terms.
3. Your account
- You may play without signing in. Progress then lives on that device only — if you delete the app or lose the phone, that progress is gone. Signing in with Google or Apple is what protects it.
- One person, one account. Do not share it, sell it, or buy someone else's.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account, or through the deletion page.
4. What you are buying
Gems, chests, cards, passes and "Remove Ads" are a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use a feature inside the game. They are not your property, they are not money, they have no value outside FlyFort, and they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another player.
- Payment is handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from. If a purchase failed but you were charged, email us and we will help you chase it.
- If you live in the EU or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. That right ends once the content is delivered, which for an in-game item is immediately — you agree to that immediate delivery when you buy.
- Chests are earned by playing. A chest opens by itself after a timer, or sooner if you spend gems on it. Gems you spend this way are not refundable.
- Prices, contents and odds can change. We will not reduce something you have already bought and paid for.
5. Chests and random rewards
Chests have randomised contents. Every chest holds 60–180 gold and 3–6 cards from the arenas you have reached, and each card is drawn on its own with these odds: Common 32% · Rare 40% · Epic 27% · Legendary 1%; when your arenas have no card of that rarity yet, the draw falls to the next rarity down. Within a rarity every card is equally likely, and the first copy of a card unlocks it. The same figures are shown in the game under Chests → Drop rates, before you open a chest or spend gems to open it sooner. The draw is made by the game at the moment the chest opens. Spending gems to open a chest sooner, or having opened chests before, does not change the odds. If we ever change the odds, we will update the figures in the game and in this section before the change applies.
6. Ads
The free game is paid for by advertising. Interstitial ads appear between matches, subject to the frequency limits in the game. Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose to watch one, and you get the reward when the ad network confirms you finished it. You can remove interstitial ads by purchasing Remove Ads.
7. Fair play
You agree not to:
- modify the game, use a bot, a macro, an emulator-based automation, a modified client or any tool that gives you an advantage;
- exploit a bug rather than reporting it — tell us and we will fix it;
- collude to fix a match result, or farm trophies with a second account;
- buy, sell or trade accounts, currency or items for real money outside the game;
- harass, threaten or abuse other players, or use an offensive name;
- reverse engineer the game, or attack our servers.
If you break these rules we may reset your trophies, remove items obtained unfairly, or suspend or terminate your account. We will tell you why, and you can appeal by emailing support@finplay.me. For a first, minor breach we will normally warn you first. We do not refund purchases on an account terminated for cheating.
8. The game will change
FlyFort is a live game. Cards get rebalanced, arenas get added, features get replaced. A card you own may be made weaker or stronger. That is part of playing a competitive game and is not a defect.
9. If we have to shut the game down
If we ever discontinue FlyFort, we will give at least 90 days notice in the game, stop selling anything new immediately, and — where the law where you live requires it — offer a refund for unspent paid currency bought in that period.
10. Our content, and yours
The game, its art, sound, characters and code belong to us and our licensors. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play it. You may record and stream your own gameplay, including monetised videos, provided you do not claim the game is yours and do not distribute the game files.
If you send us an idea or feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
11. No guarantee that it always works
We try hard to keep FlyFort running and fair, but we provide it "as is". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, bug-free, or available in every country. Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your own country, which always applies on top of these terms.
12. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything connected with FlyFort is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50. We are not liable for lost progress, lost items or lost profits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.
13. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the game. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we shut the game down under section 9.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we will show it in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version. If you do not accept it, delete your account.
15. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country whose law says otherwise, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law and may bring a claim in your local courts.
Before going to court, please email support@finplay.me — most things are faster to fix that way.
